-       Approving the resignation of Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Hien as Head of the Supervisory Broad.

-       Approving the resignation of Mr. Phan Ngoc An as a member of the Supervisory Broad.

-       Approving the resignation of Mr. Tang Xuan Thieu as a member of the BODs.

-       Ms. Tu Thi Vy Uyen was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board.

-       Mr. Phan Tien Quyet was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board.
