PLP: Information on investing in associated company

On July 11, 2019, Pha Le Plastics Manufacturing and Technology Joint Stock Company completed the purchase of 540,000 shares, equivalent to 30% charter capital of Ha Long Construction Joint Stock Company.

     Therefore, Ha Long Construction Joint Stock Company will become associated company of Pha Le Plastics Manufacturing and Technology Joint Stock Company from July 11, 2019.
