The Board resolution dated July 17, 2019, Petro Viet Nam Low Pressure GAS Distribution Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving to pay cash dividend for 2018:

-          Exercise ratio: 25%/charter capital

-          Payment date: expected in August 2019.

1. Approving the extension of PV Gas Tower Office for lease contract with PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV Gas).
2. Approving the Corporate Governance Report in 6 months of 2019.
3. Approving the retirement of Mrs. Nguyen Phuong Thuy as Chief Accountant as from October 01, 2019.
