PAN: BOD approves the plan for BBC shares public offer

On July 15, 2019, the Board of Directors of The PAN Group Joint Stock Company approved the plan of the public tender offer for BBC shares:

1. Name of target stock: BiBICA Corporation (BBC)
2. Number of BBC shares before trading: 0 share, equivalent to 0% of total outstanding shares of BBC)
3. Expected price purchase: VND68.500/share
4. Time of implementation: from 30days to 60 days after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
5. Offering agent: Sai Gon Securities Incorporation (SSI).
6. Number of BBC shares expected to be bought: 7,700,205 shares (equivalent to 49.93% of total outstanding shares of BBC)
7. Number of BBC shares after trading: 700,205 shares (equivalent to 49.93% of total outstanding shares of BBC)
