MSN: BOD resolution on increasing charter capital
On July 05, 2019, the Board of Directors of MaSan Group Corporation approved to raise its charter capital from VND11,631,495,180,000 to VND11,689,464,470,000 of stock issuance under ESOP with additional value of VND57,968,990,000.
