KSB: Board resolution on share buyback

According to the Board resolution dated July 08, 2019, the Board of Directors of Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Company approved the plan for share buyback from ESOP as follows:

-       Number of shares to be repurchased: 233,100 shares  

-       Purpose: to repurchase shares to make its treasury shares from the employee resigned.

-       Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).

-       Expected trading date: July 2019.
