HSG: BOD resolution on share buyback

      On July, 2019, Hoa Sen Group announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

-   Number of treasury shares before trading: 203,100 shares

-   Number of registered shares to buy: 26,300 shares

-   Purchase price: VND10,000/share

-   Purpose: to repurchase shares to make its treasury shares from emloyees.

-   Expected trading period: within 30 days after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

-   Trading method: to transfer rights vis the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).
