Housing Development Investment Joint Stock Company HUD2 has been approved the extension of time to hold Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2019. The meeting would be held within 6 months from the end of the fiscal year.
However, until 30/06/2019, the principal shareholder of the Company that holds 51% Charter capital of Housing Development Investment Joint Stock Company HUD2 had not approved the agenda and contents of the meeting. So the Company could not hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2019 in Jun 2019.
