FRT: The record date for stock dividend for 2018

On July 18, 2019, HOSE issued Announcement No.993/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of FPT Digital Retail Joint Stock Company (FRT) as follows:

1. Ex-right date: July 31, 2019        
2. Record date: August 01, 2019     
3. Purpose: to pay stock dividends for 2018.
4. Detailed information:

-       Estimated issue volume: 10,302,000 shares

-       Exercise ratio: 15% (100:15)

-       Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

-       For example, if shareholder A owns 102 shares at the record date, he will receive 15 new shares. The fractional part (0.3 share) will be cancelled.

-       Place of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at FPT Digital Retail Joint Stock Company (15^th Floor, Zodiac Building, 19 Duy Tan, Dich Vong Hau, Cau Giay, Ha Noi).
