DIC: BOD resolution on selecting the audit firm

According to the Board resolution dated July 17, 2019, the Board of Directors of DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company approved the selection of Nam Viet Auditing and Accounting Financial Consultant Service Com Ltd (AASCN) as the auditor for the financial statements in 2019.
