ACC: Board to seek shareholders’ opinions in writing

On July 13, 2019, the Board of Directors of ACC Binh Duong Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company approved to collect shareholders’ opinions in writing about the following issues:

-       Resignation of members and election replacement members in the Board of Directors for Term III (2018-2023);

-       Resignation of members and election replacement members in the Board of Supervisors for Term III (2018-2023); 

-       Adding new business lines;

-       Developing the real estate business in provinces such as Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc and others.

Record date for the shareholder list: August 05, 2019

Time to send ballots to shareholders: August 17, 2019

Deadline for feedback: by 12:00, August 30, 2019 

Time to check ballots and announce the resolution of general meeting: August 30, 2019
