VPG: Board resolution on borrowing at Vietinbank

Viet Phat Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company announces Board Resolution No.06/2019 dated June 20, 2019 as follows:

The Board of Directors approved to borrow capital at Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade (Vietinbank) – Le Chan Branch in order to increase the working capital for business operations with the total credit limit of VND346 billion.
