VNE: Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2019 Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation announces the resolution of Annual General Meeting 2019, which was convened on May 30, 2019, as follows:
Article 1: Approving the business performance in 2018; the financial statements in 2018 audited by RSM Vietnam and the business plan for 2019.

- Dividend rate: 9%
Business plan for 2019:
