Thang Long Urban Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company announces the Board Resolution dated June 10, 2019 as follows:

1. The Board of Directors approved to implement the stock issuance plan to the existing shareholders with a ratio of 2:1.

-       Estimated issue volume: 9,359,894 shares

-       Issue price: VND10,000/share

-       Estimated issue value: VND93,598,940,000.

2. The Board of Directors approved the documents for public offering.
3. The Board of Directors approved the issue price for private offering:

-       Estimated issue volume: 10,000,000 shares

-       Issue price: VND10,000/share

-       Estimated issue value: VND100,000,000.

4. The Board of Directors approved the documents for private offering.
