TDH: Record date for 2018 cash & stock dividend On June 17, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.877/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation as follows:

- Record date: June 27, 2019

- To pay cash dividend for 2018;
- Stock issuance for capital increase from the owner’s equity.

1. To pay cash dividend for 2018:
- Exercise ratio: 10%/share (1,000 dongs/share)
- Payment date: July 26, 2019
- Place of payment:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation.
2. To issue shares for capital increase from the owner’s equity:
- Exercise ratio: 100:15 (Shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 15 new shares).
- Expected issue volume: 12,245,239 shares
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled
- For example: At the record date, shareholder A owned 105 shares. With 100:15 performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 105 * 15/100 = 15.75 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 15 new shares. The fractional shares of 0.75 will be cancelled.
