TCB: BOD approves the transaction with TCBS

Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the agreement and cooperation between Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (TCB) and Techcom Securities Joint Stock Company (TCBS). Accordingly, TCBS will be the distribution agent or banking services provided by TCB.
