SGT: SGT to seek shareholders’ approval in writing Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation announces the plan for seeking shareholders’ approval in writing as follows:
1) The content of seeking shareholders’ approval: to vote for the adjustments of the infrastructure construction investment project of Dai Dong – Hoan Son Industrial Zone – Phase II because the total investment of the project is over 35% of the Company’s total assets.
- Adjusting the land-use area from 96.2 hectares to 95.81 hectares.
- Adjusting the total investment of the project from VND486,106,000,000 to VND1,097,106,000,000.
- Authorizing the Board of Directors to decide and carry out all works relating to the project under the regulation and laws.
2) The record date for the list of shareholders:
- Record date: July 12, 2019
- Time to send ballots (estimated): July 22, 2019
- Time to receive feedback(estimated): from July 23, 2019 to 17:00, August 02, 2019
- Time to synthesize ballots (estimated): from August 05, 2019 to August 09, 2019 HOSE
