SGR: BOD approves to receive the transfer of shares

The Board resolution dated June 17, 2019, the Board of Directors of Saigon Real – Estate Joint Stock Company approved to receive the transfer of shares of Hai Sinh Nguyen Com Ltd with the following details:

- Charter capital: VND200,000,000,000 (SGR contributed VND54,000,000,000; accounting for 27% charter capital of Hai Sinh Nguyen).

-       To appoint Mrs. Tran Thi Ga as the representative of stake of Saigon Real – Estate Joint Stock Company in Hai Sinh Nguyen Com Ltd.
