-          Number of treasury shares before trading: 31,300 shares

-          Number of shares registered for repurchase: 9,800 shares

-          Purpose: to withdraw shares from the ex-employees

-          Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit  

-          Trading time: from July 04, 2019 to August 02, 2019  

-          Trading method: order-matching and put-through
