The Board resolution dated June 05, 2019, the Board of Directors of Ha Tay Trading Joint Stock Company approved to change the record date for the holding of Annual General Meeting 2019 as follows:                                      

-       Record date: June 25, 2019 (instead of June 13, 2019)

-       Meeting time: expected in July 09, 2019

-       Meeting venue: Notice later

-       Content:

+ Report on the BOD activities in 2018 and plan for 2019;

+ Report from the Supervisory Board in 2018;

+ Audited financial statements in 2018;

+ Report on the business result in 2018 and plan for 2019;

+ The plan for the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2019;

+ Other issues.
