HPX: Board resolution on stake transfer

According to the Board resolution dated June 10, 2019, the Board of Directors of Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company approved to transfer a part of commercial area at Floor 1 and 5 of B2 Block, Hai Phat Plaza in Dai Mo ward, Nam Tu Liem district, Ha Noi city. The investor will be Dai Dong A Investment Joint Stock Company or BEA Leasing One-member Co., Ltd.
