HID: Board resolution on collateral at BIDV

Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated June 12, 2019 as follows:

-   The Board of Directors of Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company approved to mortgage its assets and the third party’s assets to guarantee the loans at BIDV – Cau Giay Branch. Accordingly, the Company will use a Mercedes-benz car and the land use right, home and attached assets ownership right as the collateral for its loans.
