HBC: HBC gets SSC’s approval for private placement

Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company (HBC) has received Official Document No.3259/UBCK-QLCB dated May 28, 2019 by the State Securities Commission (SSC) regarding HBC’s private placement. Accordingly, SSC allowed HBC to issue shares as planned.
