The Board resolution dated May 02, 2019, the Board of Directors of Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Corporation approved to buy shares of Vietcom. Details are as follows:

-       Current volume: 1,140,000 shares, accounting for 19% charter capital of Vietcom.

-       Additional volume: 984,100 shares, accounting for 16.4% charter capital of Vietcom

-       Expected purchase price:  less than VND50,000/share

-       Owning volume after the trading: 2,124,100 shares, accounting for 35.4% charter capital of Vietcom.
