The Board resolution dated June 04, 2019, the Board of Directors of Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company approved to transfer 1,109,900 shares from Agriculture Printing Joint Stock Company to Ha An Real Estate Investment Trading Joint Stock Company with the transfer vaule of VND110,990,000,000.
