   The Board resolution dated June 25, 2019, the Board of Directors of The Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company approved the selection of the Southern Auditing and Accounting Financial Consultant Service Com Ltd (AASCs) as the auditor for the financial statements in 2019.
