The Board resolution No.36 dated June 20, 2019, Cho Lon Water Supply Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving the selection of Dat Viet Auditing and Consulting Com Ltd as the auditor for the financial statements in 2019.
2. Approving the signing of transaction contract with N.T.P Trading Com Ltd with the contract value of VND106,489,185 (including VAT 10%).
