APC: Board resolutions on bank borrowing

An Phu Irradiation Joint Stock Company announces the Board Resolution dated June 20, 2019 as follows:

           The Board of Directors approved the credit limit and implement related transactions at MBBank with the limit of VND373,000,000,000. An Phu Irradiation Joint Stock Company agreed to use its assets that are accepted by MBBank as the collateral for its credit obligation at MBBank.
