On May 27, 2019, the Board resolution of Van Phat Hung Corporation approved to pay first cash dividend for 2018 as follows:

-       Exercise ratio: 7%/charter capital

-       Record date: expected in June 2019 or July 2019

-       Payment date: expected July 2019.
