VJC: Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2019

VietJet Aviation Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the 2019 annual general meeting of shareholders dated April 19, 2019 as follows:

Article 1: Approving the documents regarding the reports of Management Board, Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors, the 2018 audited financial statements.

Article 2: Approving all contents of documents by the Board of Directors, including:

-       The 2018 profit distribution plan according to the Report No04-19/VJC-HDQT -TT.

-       Authorizing the Board of Directors to choose an audit company for VJC in 2019 according to the Report No02-19/VJC-HDQT -TT.

-     The fund for the Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors in 2019 according to the Report No06-19/VJC-HDQT -TT.

-       The 2019 dividend payment according to the Report No06-19/VJC-HDQT -TT.

-       The election of a member of the BOD in the term 2017-2022 according to the Report No07-19/VJC-HDQT -TT.

Article 3: Approving to elect Mr. Donal Joseph Boylan as a member of the BODs in the term 2017-2022.
