VGC: VGC to transfer listing from HNX to HOSE

To ensure the stability and continuity of VNX Allshare and VNX 50, Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) and Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) still maintain the stock of Viglacera Corporation (code: VGC) in VNX Allshare and VNX 50 Index during the period of trading halt (from May 20, 2019 to the first trading day on HOSE) in order to effect the transfer of listing registration from HNX to HOSE.

The price, outstanding volume for index calculation, free-float and capping of the stock in this period will be similar to the information at the end of the last trading day on HNX (May 17, 2019) before trading halt.
