VFG: BoD approves to issue shares to the ESOP

On May 03, 2019, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company approved a plan for issuing bonus shares to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP):

-       Exercise ratio: 2%

-       Estimated issue volume: 475,403 shares  

-       Financial resource: undistribution profit after tax  

-       Time of implementation: after State Securities Commission approve.

-       The bonus shares are transferable after 03 years.
