According to Board Resolution No.07/2019 dated May 15, 2019, the Board of Directors of Viet Dragon Securities Corporation (VDSC) approved the third second issue in 2019 as follows:

-       Issuer: Viet Dragon Securities Corporation (VDSC)

-       Bond type: non-convertible bond, unsecured

-       Par value: VND1,000,000/bond

-       Offering volume: 600,000 bonds

-       Total offering value: VND600 billion

-       Offering price: 100% par value.
