SBV: BOD resolution on the cash dividend for 2018

 On May 03, 2019, the Board resolution of Siam Brothers Vietnam Joint Stock Company approved to pay cash dividend for 2018 as follows:

-       Record date: May 27, 2019

-       Exercise ratio: 12%/par value (1,200 dongs/share)

-       Payment date: June 17, 2019.
