RDP: Board approves the agreements with RangDong Trading

According to the Board resolution dated May 16, 2019, the Board of Directors approved the service provision agreements, sale and purchase agreements and related transactions between RangDong Plastic Joint Stock Company and RangDong Trading Joint Stock Company. The Board assigned Mr. Ho Duc Lam, the Company’s legal representative, and/or to authorize the third person to implement, sign the service provision agreements, purchase agreements and related transactions between the two sides under the laws.
