QBS: Board resolution on the stake purchase at Transworld Company

According to the Board resolution dated February 28, 2019, the Board of Directors of Quang Binh Import and Export Joint Stock Company (QBS) approved the plan for purchasing the shares of Transworld QBV ICD Joint Stock Company from Mr. Pham Xuan Duong.

-       Owning volume before trading: 100,000 shares

-       Buying volume: 980,000 shares

-       Owning volume after trading: 1,080,000 shares

-       Buying price: VND10,000/share

-       Total trading value: VND9,800,000,000.
