Phuong Nam Cultural Joint Stock Corporation announces the Board resolutions dated May 20, 2019, as follows:

1. The Board of Directors approved to authorize the CEO to choose and sign agreements and transactions of commodity, services, loan agreements, underwriting between Phuong Nam Cultural Joint Stock Corporation and its wholly-owned subsidiaries.
2. The Board of Directors appointed Ms. Maria as the person in charge of corporate governance of Phuong Nam Cultural Joint Stock Corporation.
