PLP: Board resolutions on bank borrowing

According to the Board Resolution dated April 26, 2019, the Board of Directors of Pha Le Plastics Manufacturing and Technology Joint Stock Company approved the plan for borrowing at BIDV – Dong Da Branch as follows:

-       Purpose: to increase the working capital for production

-       Credit limit: VND160 billion

-        Loan term: 12 months
