PHC: BOD resolution on transaction with related parties

The Board resolution dated May 15, 2019, the Board of Directors approved the transaction contracts between Phuc Hung Holdings Construction Joint Stock Company and the following related companies:

1. Approving the transaction with subsidiaries:

-       Phuc Hung No.3 Investment Construction Joint Stock Company;

-       Phuc Hung 7 Investment Construction Joint Stock Company;

-       My Xuan Ha Noi Housing JSC;

-       Phu Lam JSC.

2. Approving the transaction with related company:

-       An Phu Hung Investment JSC

3. Approving the transaction with related person to internal person:

-       Kycons JSC;

-       TKB Vietnam JSC.
