PDR: Adjustment of the second bond issuance of 2019

On May 14, 2019, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp announces the plan for the second bond issuance of 2019 with the total issue value of VND100 billion. However, after the negotiation with investors, the BoD Chairman cum CEO of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp accepted to adjust the issue value from VND100 billion to VND99 billion. Other terms and conditions of bonds are unchanged.
