Ninh Van Bay Travel Real Estate Joint Stock Company announces Resolution of 2019 AGM as follows:

1. Approving decision on choosing 2019-audited company.
2. Approving compensations for the BOD & the Supervisory Board in 2019: VND300,000,000.
3. Approving the resignation of Mr. Ho Anh Ngoc, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Minh and Mr. John Joseph Ramos as members of the BOD in the term 2017-2022.
