NBB: Notice of change of CII’s ownership ratio at NBB

On April 01, 2019, Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment JSC (HOSE: CII) reported the change of ownership ratio of major shareholders. Accordingly, the owning volume of CII at NBB Investment Corporation (HOSE: NBB) is 49,164,762 shares, equivalent to 49% (on the total outstanding volume of 100,336,256 shares).

As NBB changed the number of outstanding shares as follows:

-       Treasury shares: 7,154,400 shares

-       Total outstanding volume: 93,321,256 shares

Therefore, Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment JSC sent a report regarding the change of ownership ratio at NBB as follows:

-       According to the report dated April 01, 2019, the owning volume of CII at NBB is 49,164,762 shares, equivalent to 52.68% (on the total outstanding volume of 93,321,256 shares).
