NAF: Board approves to seek shareholders’ approval

On May 23, 2019, the Board of Directors of Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company approved to seek shareholders’ approval in writing for the following issues:

1. The adjustment of the private placement to Endurance Vietnam Capital I;
2. The adjustment of the plan to offer preferred shares to International Finance Corporation (IFC);
3. The amendment of the Company’s Charter.
