DTA: Board Resolution _ May 04, 2019

De Tam Joint Stock Company announces Board Resolution dated May 04, 2019 as follows:

1. Approving and submitting to the general meeting of fiscal year 2018 the issues regarding the termination of Agreement No.01/07/2016/HDCN-QSDD.
2. Approving and submitting to the general meeting of fiscal year 2018 the adjustment of the use of VND39,802,560,000 from the issuance in 2016 to develop DTA Garden House Project in Vsip Bac Ninh and to raise the working capital.
3. Approving the divestment of all of 200,000 shares (equivalent to 10%) at Resources Investment and Development Joint Stock Company by transferring them to Mr. Nguyen Chi Thanh.
