BMC: Board resolution on dividend payment

According to the Board resolution dated April 26, 2019, the Board of Directors of Binh Dinh Minerals Joint Stock Company approved the dividend ratio for the 2018 dividend as follows:

-          Payment ratio: 08%/charter capital, equivalent to the total payment amount of VND9,914,104,000.

-          Payment method: in cash
