BID: Resolution on the AGM 2019 On April 26, 2019, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam announces the resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2019 as follows:
1) Approving the business result in 2018:
- Total assets: 1,226,454 billion dongs
- Profit before tax: 9,473 billion dongs
2) Approving the business plan in 2019:
- Profit before tax: 10,300 billion dongs.
3) Approving the report from the Supervisory Board in 2018 and plan for 2019.
4) Approving the audited financial statements in 2018:
- Total assets at 12/31/2018: 1,313,038 billion dongs
- Charter capital at 12/31/2018: 34,187 billion dongs
- Profit before tax of 2018: 9,473 billion dongs
- Profit after tax of 2018: 7,542 billion dongs.
5) Approving the profit distribution and dividend payment in 2018:
- Profit after tax: 7,175.03 billion dongs
- Reserve fund to supplement charter capital: 357.22 billion dongs
- Reserve financial fund: 714.43 billion dongs
- Reward and Welfare fund: 1,745.76 billion dongs.
6) Approving to raise its charter capital.
7) Approving to amend and supplement its charter.
8) Approving the selection of auditing firm to audit financial statements in 2019.
