BBC: BBC allowed to extend the time for holding AGM 2019

On May 02, 2019, the Department of Planning and Investment of HCM City issued a document allowing BIBICA Corporation to extend submission date of the time for holding AGM 2019 not over 06 months from the last day of fiscal year.
