AST: The record date for the dividend payment

HOSE announces the record date for the second phase of the 2018 dividend payment of Taseco Air Services Joint Stock Company:

-   Stock symbol: AST                                          

-   Ex-right date: May 20, 2019      

-   Record date: May 21, 2019        

-       Purpose: to pay stock dividends.

-   Exercise ratio:                       4:1

The one who owns 4 shares at the record date will receive 01 new shares.

-   Estimated issue volume: 9,000,000 shares.

-    Plan to deal with fractional shares:

The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be sold with VND50,000/share.

For example, if shareholder A owns 314 shares at the record date, he will receive: 314:4/1 = 78.5 shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive only 78 new shares and VND25,000.

Place of payment:

-       Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-       Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: shareholders will receive dividend at Taseco Air Services Joint Stock Company.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
