The Board resolution dated April 05, 2019, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company approved the content of Annual General Meeting 2019 as follows:

1. The business result in 2018;
2. Audited financial statements in 2018.
3. Report on the Board of Directors in 2018;
4. Report on the Supervisory Board in 2018;
5. Report on the remuneration of BOD and Supervisory Board in 2019;
6. Report on the selection of auditing firm to audit financial statements in 2019.
