Thu Dau Mot Water Joint Stock Company (hereafter called the “Company”) received Certificate No.20/GCN-UBCK dated April 02, 2019 from the State Securities Commission of Vietnam allowing the Company to issue shares as follows:

2. Stock symbol: TDM       
3. Stock type: Common Stock
4. Par value: VND10,000
5. Total issue volume: 14,500,000 shares. In which:

-       Selling shares via auction: 9,500,000 shares

-       Selling shares to strategic investors: 5,000,000 shares
